Germane Synergy Limited is committed to ensuring that quality of goods and services delivered are of the highest standard at all times conforming to local and international standards and satisfying client's needs or contractual requirements. In pursuance of the above, Germane Synergy limited ensures that the best, skilled and qualified personnel is engaged for the execution of her works and services and continuously monitored and supervised for effective performance of Quality management system, structured to meet the requirements defined in ISO 9001.
From the foregoing, utmost importance shall be given to conformance with international and local acceptable quality standards, which is intended to sustain Germane Synergy Limited in the competitive market. Germane Synergy Limited management objective is to provide services and products, which are in conformity with ISO 9001 standard and to client's contractual requirements. To fulfill these objectives, the company has decided to adopt the quality assurance system and program as outline in the quality manual.
It is required of all personnel to operate in strict accordance with the quality system, performing their tasks correctly and contributing to the application and continued improvement of the quality management system. The managing Director has the overall responsibility for ensuring that all personnel in the company are fully aware of the company's quality policy and their individual responsibilities as defined in the quality manual.
The managing Director has therefore appointed the QA/QC manager who has undergone the ISO 9000 quality system course as the management representative. He shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the quality system via the QA/QC & HSE-MS Department, to whom any queries or problems relating to quality shall be directed.
The company's policy remains as follows: "All activities by individuals or teams will be planned and executed in such a way that client's requirements as well as Germane Synergy ltd business objectives are met safety, efficiently and cost effectively".
The objectives which underpin the policy are:
• To develop a full understanding of the needs of our customers.
• To work in close co-operation with clients, customers, suppliers and sub-contractors to provide the right quality work and service, first time.
• Actively to seek customer feedback and to use this as a format for continuous assessment and improvement.
• To develop the potential of our employees to ensure all members of staff are capable of undertaking work required in a safe and responsible manner, in accordance with the company's health and safety and environmental policies.
Achievement of these policy aims involves all staff, who is individually responsible for the quality of their works, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all.

Germane Synergy Limited has implemented a management structure that is based on the quality and commitment of its professional and experience management and construction staff. Our commercial director has a specific responsibility for ensuring that the management structure reflects the standard, so that compliance with this quality policy is maintained and improved. We are continually developing the company's operation and upgrading of IT systems and invest to a high degree in staff training to professional level.
Germane Synergy Limited approach is to listen to our clients and customers and to openly discuss the individual requirements of every contract, thus ensuring that our clients remain fully satisfied with our service delivery. With each project we undertake, a quality plan is implemented, encompassing control measures that ensure the clients requirement are met, within the specified time, and in line with the budget. To this end, we endeavor to work as a committed team in a spirit of co-operation with the client and their customers.
Germane Synergy Limited management and supervisory staff have the authority to make decisions, within the scope of their responsibilities, and is charged with working in accordance with the documented procedures.
